IPW 2025
At IPW 2025 in Chicago, we represented six leading U.S. destinations for the Dutch and Belgian markets. Through a packed schedule of trade and media meetings, we strengthened connections, explored new opportunities and brought fresh energy to U.S. travel promotion in a changing political climate.
Philadelphia & THe Countryside of Philadelphia Trade FAM
In May 2025, we organised a trade FAM trip to Philadelphia and its countryside with four Dutch travel professionals. The goal: rediscover the city and its surroundings through food, culture and experience. The result: stronger partnerships, inspired itineraries and new Philly advocates in the Dutch market.
Washington + Seattle Sales mission
Together with Visit Seattle and State of Washington Tourism, we hosted two events in the Netherlands and Belgium to reconnect with media and trade. With fitting venues, local flavours and inspiring updates, we brought the Pacific Northwest vibe to the Netherlands and Belgium and strengthened key relationships.
Vakantiebeurs 2025
At Vakantiebeurs 2025, Travel Oregon and Travel Portland teamed up to inspire Dutch travelers. Our double-sized booth featured live art by Oregon-based artist Chris Bibby, bringing the destinations to life and offering visitors a keepsake from a place that belongs on every bucket list.
Garda Trentino event
To reintroduce the Garda Trentino region to the Dutch market, we hosted an intimate media event at Fort de Batterijen. With a regional chef, creative activities and strong storytelling, we gave top-tier media a true taste of the Italian outdoors and sparked interest in future collaborations.
Philadelphia Press trip
In April 2024, we hosted a successful press trip to Philadelphia with four Dutch media. Often overshadowed by louder East Coast neighbours, the city proved itself as a vibrant and diverse destination, full of stories, flavours and culture. The result: widespread coverage and four new Philly ambassadors.
Compassion
For Compassion Nederland, we provided strategic advice on how to increase awareness and boost participation in sponsor trips—specifically to Ecuador. Based on target audience research, we delivered actionable recommendations for PR, engagement, and campaign adjustment, many of which were directly implemented.
Blaaskankercentrum Rotterdam
Since 2012, we’ve supported the Bladder Cancer Center Rotterdam with communication and PR. Through press releases, media outreach, events, and patient-focused content, we’ve helped raise awareness of this multidisciplinary initiative and its mission to offer fast, efficient care through regional collaboration.
